FOUNDER ▸ FABIO PARODI
Fabio Parodi has 40+ years of international experience in the engineering and R&D fields. 27 of these years have been in the USA, on both Coasts, with a long stretch of time in Cisco Systems (15 years) and 6 years at LinkedIn.
His experience spans from computer architecture, network protocols to data center design and operations. His passion is on Machine Learning algorithms.
He has spent six years collaborating with Silicon Valley Study Tours and Italiani di Frontiera to help bridge the gap between young entrepreneurs and students and the reality of working in Silicon Valley.
Now, with Wonderminds, he brings the same opportunity and experience to Silicon Beach.

CO-FOUNDER ▸ GIACOMO PERAZZO
Giacomo Perazzo epitomizes entrepreneurial excellence, fueled by an insatiable appetite for technology, innovation, and community empowerment. His remarkable journey commenced with a resounding victory at the Samsung Innovation Camp for the University of Genoa in 2019, catapulting him into a transformative collaboration with the prestigious Acquario di Genova. Concurrently, Giacomo's prowess shone brightly as he clinched the second position at the Silicon Valley Study Tour hackathon, granting him unprecedented access to an elite network of industry titans and thought pioneers.
In 2020, Giacomo embarked on a seminal voyage to the hallowed grounds of Silicon Valley through the Go To Silicon Valley Study Tour. The culmination of Giacomo's academic journey materialized with the conferral of a Bachelor's Degree in Maritime Economics from the esteemed University of Genoa in 2020, a testament to his unwavering dedication and scholarly acumen.
In 2021, with some incredible guys he met during Go To Silicon Valley Study Tour, he founded PickEat. As the visionary CEO of PickEat, Giacomo orchestrates a symphony of innovation in the event industry, elevating attendee satisfaction and optimizing vendor operations with unparalleled efficacy.
Giacomo's indelible footprint in the realm of entrepreneurship traverses continents, from prestigious tech summits across Europe (WebSummit, Mobile World Congress and Latitude59) to transformative study tours in Silicon Valley and Doha (Qatar). In March 2023, he ascended to new heights by attaining a Master of Science in Management of Maritime Companies from the University of Genoa, leveraging his academic prowess to catalyze innovation within the maritime sector.
Undeterred by accolades, Giacomo is embarking on a PhD in Risk Management at the University of Genoa, channeling his entrepreneurial insights to redefine academic discourse.
